In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 272, § 99, which requires two-party consent for recording conversations, all participants are notified in advance that sessions will be recorded. Scheduling, Attending, and or Participation in a session constitutes informed consent to the recording.

Use of Recordings:

• Recordings may be used for educational, spiritual, or promotional purposes, including inclusion in podcasts, blogs, or training materials.

• If a participant does not provide explicit consent for public use, any identifying information—including (but not always) names, faces, voices, or personal details—will be anonymized, redacted, or censored before any portion of the recording is shared.
